On 08/18/2014, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction enjoining liquidation of certain entries which are subject to the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from the People's Republic of China (A-570-924) for the period 11/01/2011 through 10/31/2012.

This injunction was issued in connection with court case number 14-00185 and enjoins liquidation of the entries described in paragraph 3 below.

Accordingly, until further notice, do not liquidate entries of subject merchandise that were the subject of the administrative determination published as Polyethylene Terephthalate Film, Sheet, and Strip From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2011-2012,79 FR 37715, July 2, 2014; were exported from China by Shaoxing Xiangyu Green Packing Co. Ltd.; and that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period November 1, 2011 to October 31, 2012.
Any entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Liquidation instructions for entries affected by the injunction have not yet been issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to prevent liquidation of any entries subject to the above.

Commerce's APO Docket Center was served with the above-referenced injunction on 08/18/2014.
Pursuant to the terms of the injunction, no liquidation of the entries covered by the injunction may be made for entries which remain unliquidated as of 5:00 PM EST on 08/18/2014.
