1. On 07/18/2014 (79 FR 41981) Commerce published its final negative determination of critical circumstances for Jindal SAW Ltd. Accordingly, CBP is directed to terminate the suspension of liquidation for all entries of subject merchandise produced and/or exported by Jindal SAW Ltd. and entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/27/2013 through 02/24/2014, and to liquidate such entries without regard to antidumping duties (i.e., refund all cash deposits or other security).

2. Notice of the lifting of suspension of liquidation of entries of subject merchandise covered by paragraph 1 occurred with the publication of the final determination of the investigation (79 FR 41981, 07/18/2014). Unless instructed otherwise, for all other shipments of certain oil country tubular goods from India you shall continue to collect cash deposits of estimated antidumping duties for the merchandise at the current rates.

3. There are no injunctions applicable to the entries covered by this instruction.

4. The interest provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, do not apply.
