1. On 07/12/2024, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from the Republic of Turkey (A-489-829) for the period 07/01/2021 through 06/30/2022. This TRO was issued in connection with court number 24-00018. 2. This TRO enjoins liquidation of entries: (1) that were produced and/or exported by Habas Sinai ve Tibbi Gazlar Istihsal Endustrisi A.S.; (2) that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final results of administrative review, published as Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar from the Republic of Turkey, 88 Fed. Reg. 89,663 (Dep't of Commerce Dec. 28, 2023) (final AD results; 2021-2022); and (3) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022. 3. Effective 07/12/2024 (the date the Court issued the TRO), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 07/12/2024. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4.
