On 06/28/2024 Commerce published in the Federal Register (89 FR 53953) its preliminary determination of sales at less than fair value in the antidumping duty investigation of ferrosilicon from the Russian Federation. 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 4127406, dated 05/06/2024. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-821-838 for Commerce purposes and case number A-462-838 for CBP purposes. 4. For imports of ferrosilicon from the Russian Federation, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 06/28/2024. Effective 06/28/2024, CBP shall require, for entries of ferrosilicon from the Russian Federation from the exporter/producer combinations listed below, a cash deposit equal to the antidumping duty cash deposit shown below: Exporter: Russia-Wide Entity Case number: A-462-838-000 Cash deposit rate: 283.27% 5. For all other entries of ferrosilicon from the Russian Federation, the following cash deposit instructions apply: A. For all Russian exporters of ferrosilicon from the Russian Federation which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the Russia-wide {"the Russian Federation"} rate. B. Because there are no other exporters and/or producers in this investigation, for all non-Russian exporters of ferrosilicon from the Russian Federation which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will also be the Russia-wide rate. 6.
