Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on solar products from China for the period 01/01/2021 through 12/31/2021.
This amendment was published in the Federal Register (89 FR 53042) on 06/25/2024 and changes the cash deposit rate for the producers/exporters as listed in paragraph 2.

For shipments of solar products from China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/31/2024, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows:
