1. On 05/10/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register (89 FR 40467) its final results of administrative review with respect to the antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico for the period 11/01/2021 through 10/31/2022. 2. On 06/11/2024, Commerce received notification from Grupo Acerero S.A. de C.V. of the convening of Binational Panel (USMCA Secretariat File No: USA-MEX-2024-10.12-03) to review Commerce's final results of administrative review. The abovementioned company requested continued suspension of liquidation of all entries of subject merchandise manufactured, produced, exported or imported by these companies which are subject to the final results of administrative review referenced in paragraph 1, pending final disposition of the Binational Panel proceeding. 3. Accordingly, until further notice, do not liquidate entries of subject merchandise which were manufactured, produced, exported, or imported by Grupo Acerero S.A. de C.V. (A-201-844- 002), and which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 11/01/2021 through 10/31/2022. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. 4. Unless otherwise instructed, continue to suspend liquidation of all entries referred to in paragraph 3 until liquidation instructions are provided. 5. Liquidation instructions for entries referred to in paragraph 3 affected by this administrative continued suspension of liquidation have not yet been issued. 6.
