On 05/07/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register (89 FR 38075) its affirmative preliminary determination, postponement of final determination, and extension of provisional measures in the antidumping duty investigation of aluminum extrusions from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (subject merchandise). On 05/28/2024, Commerce subsequently published in the Federal Register (89 FR 46064) its affirmative preliminary determination of critical circumstances, in part, in the antidumping duty investigation of subject merchandise.
