On 04/22/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register (89 FR 29298) its final affirmative determination of sales at less-than-fair-value in the antidumping duty investigation of brass rod from the Republic of Korea (A-580-916). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 3356411, dated 12/22/2023. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-580-916. 4. For imports of brass rod from the Republic of Korea, CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/01/2023 (date suspension first started). Effective 4/22/2024, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: Booyoung Industry Case number: A-580-916-001 Cash deposit rate: 7.45% Producer and/or Exporter: Daechang Co., Ltd., and its collapsed companies: IMI Co. Ltd. and Seowon Co. Ltd. Case number: A-580-916-002 Cash deposit rate: 8.04% All Others Case Number: A-580-916-000 Cash Deposit Rate: 7.90% 5. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the producer, then the following instructions apply: A. If the exporter of the subject merchandise does not have its own rate but the producer has its own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the producer's rate. B. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate of 7.90 percent to establish the cash deposit rate. 6.
