On 04/22/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register its final affirmative determination in the countervailing duty investigation of Brass Rod from the Republic of Korea (subject merchandise) (89 FR 29290).

Commerce preliminarily found a zero or de minimis subsidy rate on imports of subject merchandise from certain producers and/or exporters.
However, in its final determination, Commerce found above de minimis subsidy rates for these companies.
Accordingly, for imports of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/22/2024 (the date of publication of the final determination in the Federal Register), CBP shall suspend liquidation and collect a cash deposit equal to the percentages of entered value listed below.
