On 03/21/2024, Commerce issued its amended preliminary determination finding that critical circumstances do not exist with respect to imports of mattresses from Taiwan for all other producers and/or exporters (see 89 FR 20164).
As a result of Commerce's negative determination of critical circumstances for all other producers and/or exporters, CBP should terminate the suspension of liquidation for shipments from all other producers and/or exporters of subject merchandise that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption before 03/01/2024 (the date of publication of Commerce's affirmative preliminary determination notice in the Federal Register).
All such entries should be liquidated without regard to antidumping duties (i.e., return all cash deposits).
