On 03/21/2024, Commerce issued its amended preliminary determination finding that critical circumstances do not exist with respect to imports of mattresses from Taiwan for all other producers and/or exporters (see 89 FR 20164). As a result of Commerce's negative determination of critical circumstances for all other producers and/or exporters, CBP should terminate the suspension of liquidation for shipments from all other producers and/or exporters of subject merchandise that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption before 03/01/2024 (the date of publication of Commerce's affirmative preliminary determination notice in the Federal Register).
