1. On 03/01/2024, Commerce issued its preliminary determination in the countervailing investigation of aluminum lithographic printing plates from the People's Republic of China on (89 FR 15134). On 04/08/2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register (89 FR 24433) its affirmative preliminary determination of critical circumstances in the countervailing duty investigation of aluminum lithographic printing plates from the People's Republic of China (subject merchandise). 2. Commerce has determined that critical circumstances exist for imports of subject merchandise from the producers and/or exporters identified below.
