1. On 03/15/2024, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued two statutory injunctions (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 and paragraph 3 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China (A-570-898) for the period 06/01/2021 through 05/31/2022. This SI was issued in connection with court number 24-00026. 2. The first SI enjoins liquidation of any unliquidated entries of chlorinated isocyanurates from the People's Republic of China exported by Heze Huayi Chemical Co., Ltd. that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Chlorinated Isocyanurates from the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Admin Review: 2021-2022, 89 FR 455 (01/04/2024); and, that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 06/01/2021 through 05/31/2022. 3. The second SI enjoins liquidation of any unliquidated entries of chlorinated isocyanurates from the People's Republic of China exported by Juancheng Kangtai Chemical Co., Ltd. that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Chlorinated Isocyanurates from the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Admin Review: 2021-2022, 89 FR 455 (01/04/2024); and, that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 06/01/2021 through 05/31/2022. 4. Effective 03/15/2024 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 and paragraph 3 which remain unliquidated as of 03/15/2024. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 5. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 6. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued. 7.
