On 03/05/2024, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished from the People's Republic of China (A-570-601) for the period 06/01/2021 through 05/31/2022.
This SI was issued in connection with court number 24-00038.

This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, from the People's Republic of China that were:
(a)
exported by Zhejiang Jingli Bearing Technology Co., Ltd.;
(b)
the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished; from the PRC; Final Results of Antidumping Duty Admin. Rev. 2021-2022, 89 FR 1548 (01/10/2024); and
(c)
entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, during the period 06/01/2021 through 05/31/2022.

Effective 03/05/2024 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 03/05/2024.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 4052402, dated 02/21/2024.
