On 02/27/2024, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from the Republic of Turkey (A-489-829) for the period 07/01/2021 through 06/30/2022.
This SI was issued in connection with court number 24-00018.

This SI enjoins liquidation of entries which were:
(1) produced and exported by Kaptan Demir Celik Endustrisi ve Ticaret A.S. / Kaptan Metal Dis Ticaret Ve Nakliyat A.S.; (2) the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar from the Republic of Turkey, 88 FR 89663 (Dep't Commerce Dec. 28,2023) (final AD results; 2021-2022); (3) entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.

Effective 02/27/2024 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 02/27/2024.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 4037409, dated 02/06/2024.
