1. This is a correction to message 4036307, dated 02/05/2014. Message 4036307 was issued in error.

2. Message 4036307 stated that two injunctions dissolved and instructed CBP to liquidate entries covered by those injunctions. Message 1300302, dated 10/27/2011, enjoined liquidation of entries which are subject to the antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Thailand for the period 08/01/2009 through 07/27/2010 produced and exported by Thai Plastic Bags Industries Co., Ltd. Message 1301304, dated 10/28/2011, enjoined liquidation of entries which are subject to the antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Thailand for the period 08/01/2009 through 07/27/2010 exported by Thai Plastic Bags Industries Co., Ltd., imported by Master Packaging, Inc. or Inteplast Group, Ltd. However, the injunctions referenced in messages 1300302 and 1301304 did not dissolve and remain in place.

3. Accordingly, effective 10/26/2011 until further notice, pursuant to injunction message 1300302, dated 10/27/2011, continue to suspend liquidation of entries of subject merchandise which were produced and exported by Thai Plastic Bags Industries Co., Ltd. (TPBI), and entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 08/01/2009 through 07/27/2010. Any entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Accordingly, effective 10/26/2011 until further notice, pursuant to injunction message 1301304, dated 10/28/2011, continue to suspend liquidation of entries of subject merchandise which were exported by Thai Plastic Bags Industries Co., Ltd. (TPBI), imported by Master Packaging, Inc. or Inteplast Group, Ltd., and entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 08/01/2009 through 07/27/2010. Any entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.
