If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporters listed above then the following instructions apply: A. If the Chinese or non-Chinese exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 255.07 percent. C. For all non-Chinese exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the Chinese exporter that supplied that non-Chinese exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice.
