Commerce published in the Federal Register (88 FR 58244) on 08/25/2023 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from the People's Republic of China for the period 8/1/2021 through 7/31/2022.

As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/25/2023 (the date of publication of the final results of review in the Federal Register), the required cash deposit has been revised for certain exporters as detailed below:

As a result of this review, Commerce determined that this company is no longer eligible for a separate rate and is part of the country-wide entity.
Accordingly, Commerce has deactivated the following exporter/producer rate case number: A-570-914-009.
Effective 08/25/2023 (the date of publication of the final results of review), entries of subject merchandise from this exporter should be entered under A-570-914-000.

If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporters listed above then the following instructions apply:
A.
If the Chinese or non-Chinese exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate.
B.
For all exporters of subject merchandise that have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 255.07 percent.
C.
For all non-Chinese exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the Chinese exporter that supplied that non-Chinese exporter.
4.
These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice.
Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued.
