On 08/21/2023, Commerce published in the Federal Register (88 FR 56794) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain softwood lumber products from Canada (A-122-857). 2. Commerce determined that GreenFirst Forest Products (QC) Inc. is the successor-in-interest to Rayonier A.M. Canada GP. 3. Accordingly, for shipments of certain softwood lumber products from Canada which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/21/2023, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties at the following rate: Producer and/or Exporter: GreenFirst Forest Products (QC) Inc. Case number: A-122-857-190 Cash deposit rate: 6.20% 4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
