On 08/03/2023, Commerce published in the Federal Register (88 FR 51279) its preliminary determination of sales at less than fair value and critical circumstances in the antidumping duty investigation of gas powered pressure washers (pressure washers) from the People's Republic of China (China). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 3025403, dated 01/25/2023. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-570-148. 4a. Because Commerce determined that critical circumstances exist for imports of pressure washers from China from the exporter listed below, CBP shall suspend liquidation of all appropriate entries of pressure washers from China that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/05/2023 which is 90 days before the date of publication of the preliminary determination in the Federal Register. Effective 05/05/2023, for entries of pressure washers from China from the exporters listed below, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the following dumping margin: Exporter: China-Wide Entity Case number: A-570-148-000 Cash deposit rate: 263.83% Exporter: Jiangsu Jianghuai Engine Co., Ltd. Case number: A-570-148-001 Cash deposit rate: 252.71% 4b. Because Commerce determined that critical circumstances did not exist for imports of pressure washers from China from the exporter listed below, CBP shall suspend liquidation of all appropriate entries of pressure washers from China that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/03/2023 (the date of the publication of the preliminary determination). Effective 08/03/2023, for entries of pressure washers from China from the exporters listed below, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the following dumping margin: Exporter: Sumec Hardware and Tools Co., Ltd Case number: A-570-148-002 Cash deposit rate: 252.71 Exporter: Zhejiang Danau Machine Co., Ltd. Case number: A-570-148-003 Cash deposit rate: 252.71 5. For all other entries of pressure washers from China, the following cash deposit instructions apply: A. For all Chinese exporters of pressure washers from China which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate. B. Because there are no other exporters and/or producers in this investigation, for all non-Chinese exporters of pressure washers from China which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will also be the China-wide rate. 6.
