1. On 07/30/2013, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction enjoining liquidation of certain entries which are subject to the antidumping duty order on diamond sawblades and parts thereof from the People's Republic of China (A-570-900) for the period 11/01/2010 through 10/31/2011.

2. This injunction was issued in connection with court case number 13-00241 and enjoins liquidation of the entries described in paragraph 3 below.

3. Accordingly, until further notice, do not liquidate entries of subject merchandise which were exported by the AT&M Single Entity (consisting of Advanced Technology & Materials Co., Ltd.; Beijing Gang Yan Diamond Products Co. (fka Yichang HXF Circular Saw Industrial Co., Ltd.); AT&M International Trading Co., Ltd. (aka ATM International Trading Co., Ltd.); and Cliff International Ltd. (aka Cliff (Tianjin) International Ltd., Cliff (Tianjin) International Ltd., Company)), Bosun Tools Co., Ltd. Any entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued:

4. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by the injunction have not yet been issued.

5. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to prevent liquidation of any entries subject to the above.

6. The Court entered this order on the docket in this case on 07/30/2013. Pursuant to the terms of the injunction, no liquidation of the entries covered by the injunction may be made for entries which remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 07/31/2013, the business day after the day when the Court entered this order on the docket in this case.
