Material is 10B21 Carbon Steel CHQ (cold heading quality). Non-circular. This headed hex flange collar stud used to mount car side mirrors on automobile - 1 side of headed stud is fixed/anchored into the mirror and the other side is used to mount on to automobile and attached using a nut. This part has a non-circular diameter. d. 2003.2021: M6-1.0 X 29 X M6-1.0 X 11 (mm) HEX STUD MAT POINT HARD 10B21 PER PRINT REV B MATPOINT 10B21 Coated with COATING PER PS11036 DELTA-PROTEKT KL105+VH301.1GZ Non-circular. Material is 10B21 Carbon Steel CHQ (cold heading quality). This headed hex collar stud used to mount car side mirrors on automobile - 1 side of headed stud is fixed/anchored into the mirror and the other side is used to mount on to automobile and attached using a nut. This part has a non-circular diameter. e. HW100149: 1/4-20X2.20 (inches) DBL END STUD HEX COLLAR W/UNDERCUT NICKEL PLATE P/PRINT #HW100149 REV 3 9/17/2020. Hex Collar Non-Circular. Material is brass NOT carbon steel. This headed hex collar stud used in the marine industry. This part has a non-circular diameter. 2. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of the five types of certain headed studs that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on certain carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from Taiwan at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3.
