1. On 07/25/2013, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction enjoining liquidation of certain entries which are subject to the antidumping duty order on hand trucks and certain parts thereof from the People's Republic of China
(A-570-891) for the period 12/01/2010 through 11/30/2011.

2. This injunction was issued in connection with court case number 13-00220 and enjoins liquidation of the entries described in paragraph 3 below.

3. Accordingly, until further notice, do not liquidate entries of subject merchandise that were the subject of the administrative determination published as Hand Trucks and Certain Parts Thereof from the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2010-2011, 78 Fed. Reg. 28,801 (05/16/2013); were produced and exported by New-Tec Integration (Xiamen) Co., Ltd.; and were entered or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 12/01/2010 through 11/30/2011.

4. The injunction applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 3170301, dated 06/19/2013. See also message number 3162302, dated 06/11/2013 concerning a separate and prior injunction covering this same firm.

5. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to prevent liquidation of any entries subject to the above.

6. Commerce's APO Docket Center was served with the above-referenced injunction on 07/25/2013. Pursuant to the terms of the injunction, effective immediately, no liquidation of the entries covered by the injunction may be made.
