Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of common alloy aluminum sheet from the Republic of Korea produced by Gwangyang Aluminum Industries Co., Ltd., assembled or completed using flat-rolled aluminum having a thickness greater than 6.3 mm produced by Henan Mingtai Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. or Zhengzhou Mingtai Industry Co., Ltd. in the People's Republic of China, and exported to the United States that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on common alloy aluminum sheet from the People's Republic of China at the cash deposit rates in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3.
