On 06/23/2023 (88 FR 41074), Commerce published in the Federal Register the amended final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain steel racks and parts thereof from the People's Republic of China.

As a result of Commerce's amended final results of administrative review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies.
Therefore, CBP is authorized to collect the difference in cash deposits for entries of certain steel racks and parts thereof from the People's Republic of China produced and/or exported by the entities listed in paragraph 4 from 04/10/2023 through 06/22/2023.
CBP should calculate the amount to collect by determining the difference between the amount of cash deposit paid as a result of the application of the cash deposit rate in the final results and the amount due as a result of the application of the cash deposit rate in the amended final results.
