This part is trilobular, not circular. Material is 10B21 Carbon Steel CHQ (cold heading quality). b. 2012.0306: M6-2.18 x 15/M6-1.0 x 15.50 Headed Collar Stud Heat Treated Hardened Special Threads designed to install into plastic Coated with Magni 565 Silver Per Print. Material is 1022 CHQ (cold heading quality) Carbon Steel. c. 1405307CTI: M6 X 16.2/M7-3.14 X 12.4 Headed Collar Stud Heat Treated Hardened Special Threads designed to install into plastic - Trivalent Electroplated Zinc Silver Coating PER PRINT 1405307 REV D4. Material is 10B21Carbon Steel CHQ (cold heading quality). d. 1448160CTI: M6-1.0 X 39.7 CL 8.8 KNURLED COLLAR STUD W/ special Automotive MATPOINT 10B21 Coated with Magni 565 to Ford specification S439 PER PRINT REV A. Material is 10B21 Carbon Steel CHQ (cold heading quality). 2. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of the four types of certain headed studs that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on certain carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from Taiwan at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.225(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures. 4.
