Material is 10B21Carbon Steel CHQ (cold heading quality). d. 1448160CTI: M6-1.0 X 39.7 CL 8.8 KNURLED COLLAR STUD W/ special Automotive MATPOINT 10B21 Coated with Magni 565 to Ford specification S439 PER PRINT REV A. Material is 10B21 Carbon Steel CHQ (cold heading quality). 2. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of the four types of certain headed studs that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on certain carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from Taiwan at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3.
