On 06/15/2023, Commerce published in the Federal Register (88 FR 39221) its preliminary determination of sales at less than fair value and critical circumstances in the antidumping duty investigation of gas powered pressure washers (pressure washers) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam).
2.
The products covered by this investigation are described in message 3032404, dated 02/01/2023.
3.
This proceeding has been assigned case number A-552-008.
4.
Because Commerce determined that critical circumstances exist for imports of pressure washers from Vietnam from the exporter listed below, CBP shall suspend liquidation of all appropriate entries of pressure washers from Vietnam that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/17/2023 which is 90 days before the date of publication of the preliminary determination in the Federal Register.
Effective 03/17/2023, for entries of pressure washers from Vietnam from the exporter listed below, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the following dumping margin:
Exporter:
Vietnam-Wide Entity
Case number:
A-552-008-000
Cash deposit rate:
225.65%
5.
For all other entries of pressure washers from Vietnam, the following cash deposit instructions apply:
A.
For all Vietnamese exporters of pressure washers from Vietnam which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the Vietnam-wide rate.
