1. On 05/21/2013, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction enjoining liquidation of certain entries which are subject to the countervailing duty order on certain aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (C-570-968).

2. This injunction was issued in connection with court case number 13-00161 and enjoins liquidation of the entries described in paragraph 3 below.

3. Accordingly, until further notice do not liquidate any unliquidated entries of dock ladder kits ASE, ASH, and DJX3-W imported by Asia Sourcing Corporation and strip door mounting brackets imported by Asia Sourcing Corporation, and which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption by Asia Sourcing Corporation on or after 09/07/2010. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued:

4. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by the injunction have not yet been issued.
Furthermore, the temporary restraining order implemented in message number 3143306, dated 05/23/2013, is dissolved effective as of 5:00 p.m. on 05/30/2013.

5. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to prevent liquidation of any entries subject to the above.

6. Commerce's APO Docket Center was served with the above-referenced injunction on 05/22/2013. Pursuant to the terms of the injunction, no liquidation of the entries covered by the injunction may be made for entries which remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. on the fifth business day after which copies of this order are personally served on Commerce's APO Docket Center.
