(collectively, Prolamsa) (Prolamsa's re-imported standard pipe), is covered by the scope of the antidumping duty order on certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico (A-201-805). 2. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of Prolamsa's re-imported standard pipe that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3.
