The injunction to which message 1210403 dated 07/29/2021 refers, enjoined liquidation of entries which were: (1) produced and/or exported by Teknik Aluminyum Sanayi A.S.; (2) subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Common Alloy Aluminum Sheet from the Republic of Turkey: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination and Final Affirmative Determination of Critical Circumstances, in Part, 86 FR 13315 (03/08/2021) and; (3) entered or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 03/08/2021 through 03/31/2022. As a result of the court's decision, the injunction to which message 1210403 refers, dissolved on 05/16/2023. 2.
