On 04/10/2023, Commerce initiated a scope inquiry on whether solid edge-glued boards that are finger-jointed and made of white birch measuring 8-feet in length and 5/8-inches thick and between 2.5 and 12 inches in height are covered by the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on wood mouldings and millwork products from the People's Republic of China (A-570-117, C-570-118). 4. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of solid edge-glued boards that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on wood mouldings and millwork products from the People's Republic of China at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
