On 03/24/2023, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on certain vertical shaft engines between 99cc and up to 225cc, and parts thereof, from the People's Republic of China (A-570-124; C-570-125 and third country case numbers A-201-996; C-201-997) for the period 08/26/2022 through the issuance of superseding instructions, or until the first and final conclusive resolution of this litigation.
This SI was issued in connection with court number 23-00011.

This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of Certain Vertical Shaft Engines Between 99cc and up to 225cc and Parts Thereof (Modified Vertical Shaft Engines) from the People's Republic of China that were (1) exported by Zhejiang Amerisun Technology Co., Ltd.; (2) subject to the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Scope Ruling on Modified Vertical Shaft Engines issued December 22, 2022 and published in the Notice of Scope Rulings, 88 Fed. Reg. 7402 (February 3, 2023); and (3) entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 08/26/2022 through the issuance of superseding instructions, or until the first and final conclusive resolution of this litigation.

Effective 03/24/2023 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 08/26/2022.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued.
