REGISTER ON 03/07/2003 (68 FR 11057) THE NOTICE OF RESCISSION OF
NEW SHIPPER REVIEW AND ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF THE ANTIDUMPING
DUTY ORDER (A-570-806) ON SILICON METAL FROM THE PEOPLE'S
REPUBLIC OF CHINA FOR THE PERIOD 06/01/2001 THROUGH 05/31/2002
FOR CHINA SHANXI PROVINCE LIN FEN PREFECTURE FOREIGN TRADE IMPORT
AND EXPORT CORP. (LIN FEN).

2. FOR THE FOLLOWING EXPORTER OF SHIPMENTS OF SILICON METAL
ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER
03/07/2003, THE OPTION OF A BOND IN LIEU OF A CASH DEPOSIT IS NO
LONGER PERMITTED. EFFECTIVE 03/07/2003, COLLECT A CASH DEPOSIT
IN THE FOLLOWING AMOUNT.

IN THE MODULE (A-570-806-000), THE CASH DEPOSIT RATE IS 139.49
PERCENT.

6. THESE CASH DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL
PUBLICATION OF THE FINAL RESULTS FOR THE NEXT ADMINISTRATIVE
REVIEW. DO NOT LIQUIDATE ANY ENTRIES COVERED BY THIS REVIEW
UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED LIQUIDATION INSTRUCTIONS.
