On 03/20/2023, Commerce initiated a scope inquiry on whether the following platform bed frames and platform beds, imported into the United States by Zinus, Inc., are covered by the scope of the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from the People's Republic of China (A-570-890): (1) Mory platform bed frames with SKUs ZU-FBOBH1-12F, ZU-FBOBH1-12K, ZU-FBOBH1-12Q, or ZU-FBOBH1-12T; (2) Mory platform beds with SKUs ZU-FBOBH2-12F, ZU-FBOBH2-12K, ZU-FBOBH2-12Q, or ZU-FBOBH2-12T; (3) Zinus Paul platform beds with SKUs HBPBA-14F, HBPBA-14K, HBPBA-14Q, or HBPBA-14T; (4) Zinus Tuscan platform beds with SKUs HBPBB-14F, HBPBB-14K, HBPBB-14Q, or HBPBB-14T; (5) Zinus Therese platform beds with SKUs OLB-RPPBC-14F, OLB-RPPBC-14K, OLB-RPPBC-14Q, or OLB-RPPBC-14T; (6) Zinus Wesley platform beds with a canopy with SKUs FBMIND-72F or FBMIND-72Q; and (7) Zinus Wesley platform beds with SKUs FBOWNM-12F, FBOWNM-12K, FBOWNM-12Q, or FBOWNM-12T. 2. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of the platform bed frames and platform beds identified in paragraph 1 that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from the People's Republic of China at the cash deposit rates in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3.
