1. This is a correction to message 3004402, dated 01/04/2023, to correct paragraph 4 of that message. 2. Paragraph 4 of message 3004402 contains incorrect information about suspension of liquidation of entries by Louis Dreyfus Company Sucos S.A. Below is the fully corrected message. 3. On 12/23/2022, Commerce published in the Federal Register (87 FR 78939) its final affirmative determination of sales at less-than-fair-value in the antidumping duty investigation of Certain Lemon Juice from Brazil (A-351-858). 4. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 2027410, dated 01/27/2022. 5. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-351-858. 6a. For imports of certain lemon juice from Brazil, CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/04/2022. Effective 12/23/2022, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: Citrus Juice Eireli Case number: A-351-858-001 Cash deposit rate: 22.31% All Others Case Number: A-351-858-000 Cash Deposit Rate: 22.31% 6b. Commerce found a final zero or de minimis dumping rate on imports of subject merchandise for the producer/exporter combination identified below. Accordingly, CBP should discontinue suspension of liquidation of imports of shipments, and discontinue collecting cash deposits, from the producer/exporter combination that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/23/2022 (the date of publication of the final determination in the Federal Register). Commerce will issue separate liquidation instructions for entries made prior to the date of publication of the final determination. Producer: Louis Dreyfus Company Sucos S.A. Exporter: Louis Dreyfus Company Sucos S.A. Case Number: A-351-858-003 This exclusion from suspension of liquidation does not apply to entries of merchandise: (i) produced by Louis Dreyfus Company Sucos S.A. and exported by any company other than Louis Dreyfus Company Sucos S.A., (ii) exported by Louis Dreyfus Company Sucos S.A. and produced by any company other than Louis Dreyfus Company Sucos S.A., or (iii) exported by a company that sourced from this excluded combination. Accordingly, such merchandise should be entered under the case number and cash deposit rate for the appropriate company (or all others) under the sub-paragraph(s) above. 7. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the producer, then the following instructions apply: A. If the exporter of the subject merchandise does not have its own rate but the producer has its own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the producer's rate. B. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate of 22.31 percent to establish the cash deposit rate. 8.
