On 03/07/2023, Commerce initiated a scope inquiry on whether the following pieces of furniture imported into the United States by Teamson US, Inc. are covered by the scope of the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from the People's Republic of China (A-570-890): (1) floor cabinets with item numbers ELG-542, ELG-550, ELG-571, and ELG-580; and (2) a linen tower with item number ELG-592C1/C2. 2. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of floor cabinets with item numbers ELG-542, ELG-550, ELG-571, and ELG-580; and the linen tower with item number ELG-592C1/C2 that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from the People's Republic of China at the cash deposit rates in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3.
