1. On 03/08/2013, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction enjoining liquidation of certain entries which are subject to the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished from the People's Republic of China (A-570-601) for the period 06/01/2010 through 05/31/2011.

2. This injunction was issued in connection with court case number 13-00095 and enjoins liquidation of the entries described in paragraph 3 below.

3. Accordingly, until further notice, do not liquidate entries of subject merchandise which were exported by Changshan Peer Bearing Co., Ltd. from the People's Republic of China or were exported by Peer Bearing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. from Thailand, and which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 06/01/2010 through 05/31/2011. Any entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by the injunction have not yet been issued.

5. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to prevent liquidation of any entries subject to the above.

6. Commerce's APO Docket Center was served with the above-referenced injunction on 03/11/2013. Pursuant to the terms of the injunction, no liquidation of the entries covered by the injunction may be made for entries which remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. on the fifth business day after the day on which copies of this order are personally served on Commerce's APO Docket Center.
