1. On 02/27/2023, Commerce initiated a scope inquiry on whether the following pieces of furniture imported into the United States by Moe's Home Collection Inc. are covered by the scope of the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from the People's Republic of China (A-570-890): (1) Naples Side Table White/Grey, Model/Item Numbers ER-1199-18/ER-1199-29; (2) Leroy Side Table with Drawers, Model/Item Number ER-2056-25; (3) Persela Side Table/End Table, Model/Item number ER-2071-03; (4) Naples Sideboard White/Grey, Model/Item Numbers ER-1197-18/ER-1197-29, (5) Leroy Sideboard, Model/Item Number ER-2073-03; and (6) Leroy Tall Cabinet, Model/Item Number ER-2057-25. 2. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of the pieces of furniture identified in paragraph 1 above that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from the People's Republic of China at the cash deposit rates in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.225(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures. 4.
