1. On 02/13/2023, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain quartz surface products from India (A-533-889) for the period 12/13/2019 through 05/31/2021. This SI was issued in connection with court number 23-00019. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of certain quartz surface products from India that were produced and/or exported by Antique Marbonite Private Ltd (and its affiliated cross-owned company Shivam Enterprises), Aro Granit Ind-Quartz, Esprit Stones Pvt. Ltd., Marudhar Rocks Internatioal Pvt Ltd, Pacific Industries Limited, Pacific Quartz Surfaces LLP, Paradigm Stone India Pvt Ltd, and Quartzkraft LLP and imported by Arizona Tile, LLC that were subject to United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Quartz Surface Products from India: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2019-2021, 88 FR 1,188 (Jan. 9, 2023) and that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 12/13/2019 through 05/31/2021 excluding entries from 06/10/2020 through 06/18/2020. 3. Effective 02/13/2023 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 02/13/2023. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued. 6.
