1. On 01/12/2023, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the countervailing duty order on oil country tubular goods from the Republic of Korea (C-580-913) for the period 09/29/2022 through 12/31/2022. This SI was issued in connection with court number 22-00338. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of oil country tubular goods; from the Republic of Korea (1) that were produced and/or exported by SeAH Steel Corporation or SeAH Steel Holdings Corporation; (2) that were subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Oil Country Tubular Goods from Korea: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination, 87 Fed. Reg. 59056 (September 29, 2022); (3) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period September 29, 2022 through December 31, 2022. 3. Effective 01/12/2023 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated.as of 01/12/2023. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued. 6.
