ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW (A-351-605)


1. The Department of Commerce has completed its administrative
review of the antidumping duty order on frozen concentrated
orange juice from Brazil and published the final results in
the Federal Register on October 21, 1991, (56 FR 52510).

2. Imports covered by the order are shipments of frozen
concentrated orange juice (FCOJ) from Brazil. The
merchandise is currently classifiable under item 2009.11.00
of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).

The Department has revoked the following companies from the
antidumping duty order effective October 21, 1991. Shipments
from these producers/exporters should no longer be suspended
from liquidation as of that date:

Citrosuco Paulista (A-351-605-001)
Cargill Citrus Ltda. (Cacitrus) (A-351-605-005)
Coopercitrus Industrial Frutesp, S.A. (A-351-605-006)
Montecitrus Trading, S.A. (A-351-605-011)




4. In addition, for shipments of Brazilian frozen concentrated
orange juice entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for
consumption on or after October 21, 1991, you shall collect a
cash deposit equal to the amounts listed below for each
manufacturer/exporter:

5. For any entries of this merchandise from a new exporter not
covered in this or prior administrative reviews, whose first
shipments occurred after April 30, 1989, and who is unrelated
to any reviewed firm or any previously reviewed firm, no cash
deposit shall be required. For any entries of this
merchandise from the remaining known manufacturers and/or
exporters not covered by this review, the cash deposit will%
continue to be at the rate shown for each of those firms in
the AD/CVD module.

6. These cash deposit requirements will remain in effect until
publication of the final results of the next administrative
review. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise
included in this administrative review until appraisement
instructions are received.
