On 12/15/2022, Commerce initiated a circumvention inquiry to determine whether certain collated steel staples (collated staples) covered by the inquiry are covered by the scope of the antidumping/countervailing duty orders on certain collated steel staples from the People's Republic of China (China) (A-570-112; C-570-113). See 87 FR 78047. 2. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of collated staples covered by the inquiry that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping/countervailing duty orders on collated staples from China at the cash deposit rates in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.226(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures. 4.
