On 12/06/2022, (87 FR 74597) Commerce published in the Federal Register its final results of administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from the Republic of Korea (subject merchandise) for the period 01/01/2020 through 12/31/2020.

As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rate has been revised for one company.
Accordingly, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/06/2022, produced and/or exported by the company named below, CBP shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentage of the entered value.
