FROM JAPAN (A-588-802)


1. The Department of Commerce has completed its administrative
review of the antidumping duty order on 3.5 inch microdisks and
coated media thereof from Japan and published the results in the
Federal Register on November 15, 1991.

2. Accordingly, for shipment of 3.5 inch microsidks and coated
media thereof from Japan produced by Fuji, Memorex, Sony, TDK, or
TMC, and entered or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on
or after November 15, 1991, you shall collect a cash deposit
equal to the amounts listed below.

3. For any entries of this merchandise from an exporter who is
unrelated to Fuji, Memorex, Sony, TDK, or TMC or to any firm
named in the antidumping duty order, a cash deposit of 16.96
percent shall be required. For any merchandise from the
remaining known producers and/or exporters not covered by this
review, the cash deposit will continue to be at the rate
published in the antidumping duty order for that firm.

4. The cash deposit requirements will remain in effect until
publication of the final results of the next administrative
review.

5. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise included in
this administrative review until you receive appraisement
instructions, instructions may be delayed indefinitely if an
appeal of the final is filed with the Court of international
Trade.
