1. The Department of Commerce has completed its administrative
review of the antidumping duty order on carbon steel wire rod
from Argentina and published the final results in the Federal
Register on September 17, 1991 (56 FR 47064).

Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise included in this
administrative review until appraisement instructions are
received.

2. For shipments of Argentine carbon steel wire rod entered, or
withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after
September 17, 1991, you shall collect a cash deposit equal to the
amount listed below.

3. For any entries of this merchandise from a new exporter not
covered in this review or the investigation of sales at less than
fair value, whose first shipment occurred after October 31, 1989,
AND FOR ALL OTHER SHIPPERS, no cash deposit shall be required.
