Records at the Department of Commerce indicate that brass
sheet and strip from Canada produced by Noranda Metal
Industries and by Wolverine Tube Company of Canada have not
been exported to the United States during the period
January 1, 1990 through December 31, 1990.
2.
If any Customs field office has contrary information and is
suspending liquidation of entries of this merchandise
exported from January 1, 1990 through December 31, 1990,
appraising officers should notify the Office of
Countervailing Compliance, Room B-099, ITA, U.S. Department
of Commerce form ITA-356, within 15 days of receipt of this
message. Negative reports are not required.
