NEW ZEALAND (C-614-601) AND PUBLISHED THE NOTICE IN THE
FEDERAL REGISTER ON OCTOBER 5, 1990 (55 FR 48992) FOR THE
PERIOD JULY 1, 1987 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1988.

2. IMPORTS COVERED BY THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE SHIPMENTS OF NEW
ZEALAND GALVANIZED CARBON STEEL WIRE, WHICH IS A ROUND CARBON
STEEL WIRE COATED OR PLATED WITH ZINC AND 0.06 INCH OR MORE
IN DIAMETER. DURING THE REVIEW PERIOD, SUCH MERCHANDISE WAS
CLASSIFIABLE UNDER TSUSA ITEM NUMBERS 609.4135 AND 609.4325.
SUCH MERCHANDISE IS CURRENTLY CLASSIFIABLE UNDER HTS ITEM
NUMBERS 7217.12.50, 7217.22.10, 7217.22.50, 7217.32.10 AND
7217.32.50.

3. THE TOTAL BOUNTY OR GRANT WAS FOUND TO BE ZERO PERCENT AD
VALOREM FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 1987 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1988.

4. ACCORDINGLY, YOU ARE TO LIQUIDATE WITHOUT REGARD TO
COUNTERVAILING DUTIES, ALL SHIPMENTS OF THIS MERCHANDISE
EXPORTED ON OR AFTER JULY 1, 1987 AND ON OR BEFORE JUNE 30,
1988.


5. THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 778 OF THE TARIFF ACT REQUIRE THAT
INTEREST BE PAID ON OVERPAYMENTS OR UNDERPAYMENTS OF AMOUNTS
DEPOSITED AS ESTIMATED COUNTERVAILING DUTIES. SUCH INTEREST
IS PAYABLE AT THE RATE IN EFFECT UNDER SECTION 6621 OF THE
INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1954 FOR SUCH PERIOD. THE INTEREST
SHALL BE CALCULATED AT THAT RATE FROM THE DATE OF PAYMENT OF
ESTIMATED DUTIES THROUGH THE DATE OF LIQUIDATION.

6. THE SUSPENSION OF LIQUIDATION ORDERED FOR THIS MERCHANDISE
EXPORTED ON OR BEFORE JUNE 30, 1988 IS LIFTED. THE
SUSPENSION OF LIQUIDATION FOR MERCHANDISE EXPORTED ON OR
AFTER JULY 1, 1988 AND ON OR BEFORE JUNE 30, 1991 WAS LIFTED
AS PER E-MAIL INSTRUCTIONS #2156111 OF JUNE 4, 1992.
