1. On 08/31/2022, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the countervailing duty order on truck and bus tires from the People's Republic of China (C-570-041) for the period 01/01/2020 through 12/31/2020. This SI was issued in connection with court number 22-00229. 2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries which truck and bus tires from People's Republic of China that were produced and/or exported by Qingdao Ge Rui Da Rubber Co., Ltd. and its cross-owned companies: Cooper Tire (China) Investment Co. Ltd.; Cooper Tire Asia-Pacific (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd.; Cooper (Kunshan) Tire Co., Ltd.; and Qingdao Yiyuan Investment Co., Ltd. that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Truck and Bus Tires from the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2020, 87 Fed. Reg. 39,063 (June 30, 2022); see also Truck and Bus Tires from the People's Republic of China: Amended Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review in Part; 2020, 87 Fed. Reg. 52,364 (August 25, 2022). That were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. 3. Effective 08/31/2022 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 08/31/2022. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI. 5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued. 6.
