1. On 08/04/2022, Commerce initiated a circumvention inquiry to determine whether circular welded non-alloy steel pipe completed or assembled in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) using hot-rolled steel manufactured in Taiwan is covered by the scope of the antidumping duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Taiwan (A-583-814). See 87 FR 47711. 2. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of circular welded non-alloy steel pipe completed or assembled in Vietnam using hot-rolled steel manufactured in Taiwan that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Taiwan (A-583-814) at the cash deposit rates in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.226(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures. 4.
