Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of products covered by the inquiries that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on certain aluminum foil from the People's Republic of China at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3.
