On 05/13/2022, Commerce initiated a scope inquiry on whether cabinet organizers imported by Rev-A-Shelf, LLC (RAS) are covered by the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from the People's Republic of China (China) (A-570-106/C-570-107). On 06/27/2022, Commerce rescinded the scope inquiry of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from the People's Republic of China (A-570-106/C-570-107). 3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of cabinets and vanities and components thereof from the People's Republic of China that are subject to the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on cabinets and vanities and components thereof from the People's Republic of China at the applicable rates in effect on the date of entry until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.225(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures. 5.
