(Hornady), Commerce issued a final scope determination that two models of RAPiD Safe Ready Vaults, model numbers 98195 and 98196, which Hornady imports are within the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on metal lockers from China (A-570-133, C-570-134). 2. Specifically, Commerce determined that because the requested RAPiD Safe Ready Vault products meet the physical specifications of merchandise expressly covered by the scope and do not meet all requirements necessary to qualify for either the gun safe exclusion or the safe exclusion explicitly enumerated in the scope language. Thus, Commerce found Hornady's RAPiD Safe Ready Vault products model numbers 98195 and 98196 are covered by the scope of the orders. 3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of metal lockers from China, including RAPiD Safe Ready Vaults imported by Hornady described above, subject to the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on metal lockers from China. 4.
